From Alentum Software :WebLog Expert Lite is a Web server log analyzer. It can return specific, precise information and statistics about visitors to your site, including general activity, file access, referring pages, search engines, browsers, operating systems, errors, and more. The program generates HTML-based reports with tables and charts. WebLog Expert Lite supports log files of Apache and IIS servers and can read GZ and ZIP compressed logs. Version 3.6 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Version: WebLog Expert Lite 3.6
Pros: It was very easy to setup and configure, which I was happy with. I am using this to analyze the logs from my 1and1.com site. Their tech support couldn't give a valuable answer about logs and bandwidth if their lives depended on it, so I had to go out and find a tool to help me. This one does the trick! It reads ZIPped logs, which is essential for 1and1 users. 1and1 users should download their site logs to a folder on their computer, and use this tool on them. The results are very informative, particularly the screen that tells you how much bandwidth you've used so far. You can't find that out in the company's admin interface.
Cons: Maybe a little too simple, but for the price, I think it is great.

Version: WebLog Expert Lite 3.6
"Great user-friendly app for those that don't want Webtrends"
Pros: Easy install and setup - no messing with ini files.
Reads zipped log files.
User-friendly reports.
You can tweak some aspects of the reports in the config files - for example, you can add new browsers to the pre-defined list.
Cons: No ability to email the generated reports, or save reports to a chosen directory
