Publisher's description
From Blaze Audio :WebEQ XP is a real-time 10 band graphic equalizer for your computer--it optimizes your PC's sound system so that your computer's audio can achieve the highest quality sound. It's with the right speakers or headphones, delivers fidelity comparable to your car or home stereo. With WebEQ XP, you choose bass boost or equalizer, or apply three, five, seven, or ten full bands of equalization. It works in real-time while your computer plays. A click is all you'll need and the sound is automatically adjusted so the quality of streaming audio remains good. A full graphic display shows you how much energy there is in each band, so you can tell if you need to adjust the sliders. WebEQ XP is working unobtrusively in the background; and can save you hundreds over a new stereo system or external hardware equalizer. Sound enhancement for all your audio.

Version: WebEQ XP 1.0
Pros: dont know if there are any
Cons: I installed it, got a trial key, started it, then played an MP3 but it had no effect at all. So i restarted the computer, and played a song again but no effect, tried changing equilizers, but no effect at all.

Version: WebEQ XP 1.0
"Thought it made a big difference in sound"
Pros: I used this on my laptop (with headphones) on a flight, while watching a movie. "The Abyss." Great sound. It really seemed to rumble. The bass is particularly good.
Cons: Nothing. It worked great!

Version: WebEQ XP 1.0
"Great idea works great but One big problem"
Pros: The eq works great. Love that you can save several of your own eq settings like one for my computer speakers and one for my headphones its exactly what Im looking for BUT
Cons: After playing with it, I decided to really listen to just the equalizer program. With the equalizer set flat and listened to it in and out of the system, and being a audiophile it sounds a bit compressed for my taste, at least on my laptop.

Version: WebEQ XP 1.0
Pros: (none)
Cons: Degrades audio quality tremendously. This product is a waste of time. It's like filtering your system audio through a telephone. Seriously, I've heard AM radio stations that have better bandwidth than this program supplies, and they were transmitting all the way from Cuba!!! Don't bother with the long trial activation process. Definately unfit for music and video gaming. I can't believe how much this sucks... and they actually want your money!!! hahaha. ReDiCuLoUs
Sincerely, Jody
