Version: Web Page Maker 3.01
"Simply the best value in web design apps"
Pros: WPM has been an integration platform to assemble highly graphics opriented websites for me for many years. The coding is fantastically simple and very clean. There are some very nice components which include small scrptlets and stretchable color bars to build upon. I use Front Page and Swishmax in concert with Webpage Maker and this lightweight web building app has lived up to and beyond expectations.

Pros: A game-changer. So simple to use yet produces a website that rivals the best. Dreamweaver and Frontpage should be afraid - very afraid. Democratizes website design so anyone can jump into it.
Cons: Flash animation and Java features are limited. Support is weak. (although you will only need it for the most ambitious websites.)
