From WeatherBug :

WeatherBug is a program that provides the user with real-time access to their zipcode's nearest stations supported by the AWS WeatherNet network. Once installed, you get live local weather conditions, radar, five-day forecast, continuously updated local forecasts, immediate storm warnings and alerts, up-to-the-minute InstaCam images, local radar pictures, and weather and news links. Displays the current temperature live in the system tray, turning your taskbar into a WeatherBar.
