"Great product for fast, reliable HTML"
Pros: It provides all tools to write fast, reliable, portable HTML code.
Cons: Even if there is lots of help and code snippets, you need to have an idea of what you are doing.

"Great product with decent support"
Pros: Only used for php so far & for this it is the best editor & debugger I have found to date.
Cons: The only annoyance is that the built-in preview does not work with an external web server. However, it has one-button save-to-ftp and it's easy to hit refresh on an external browser, so this is fairly trivial.

"Great product / Lousy upgrade requirements"
Pros: Great HTML/PHP/CSS editor. Includes most everything you want and need in one place.
Cons: While still a "work-in-progress", it appears the authors of this program require customers to fork over almost $30 for every "upgrade" released.
The upgrade window is currently a mere 4 months -- meaning if you purchased the software just 5 months prior to an upgrade release, you're hit for $$ again.
