Watchman is a specialized, unobtrusive security application that makes sure no one can use a given program or window. You can easily maintain a list of forbidden windows, and Watchman will do the rest. This program features ease of use, high security, stealth mode, logging, no registry use, facilities for network administrators, configuration and personalization, the ability to block system shutdown/restart, and much more. It is a good tool to stop your kids from using certain programs or from changing your system configuration. In addition, Watchman is an effective tool for businesses or institutions that need to stop users from wasting time or accessing forbidden data.

It includes an enhanced interface, many bug fixes, drag-and-drop, interface keys, and other new features. Plus, no mouse is required. Enhanced support for system administrators is included. Version 4.9 fixes a consuming memory bug when using wild cards. The log file not being updated after restart/shutdown/logoff has been fixed.
