It sends mobile phone short messages (SMS) to more than 150 countries and territories at affordable prices. For the USA, Portugal, and many other countries it only costs 6 euro cents to send an SMS. You can credit your Wapicode account using PayPal and then send SMS from your computer, PDA, or mobile phone. It has a contact book so that you can send an SMS to a group of people. You can also import the contacts from your mobile phone using Wapicode SyncML server.
Version 1.1 adds country code information.

"unreliable but it does work. Hit and miss kinda service"

Pros
It does occassionally send your texts without any glitches. In addition, it informs you everytime of the cost of the text you would have sent. This is heloful if you have sent a text to a list with several recieving phone numbers
Cons
More often than not, the program fails to connect to its server. A message pops up on your screen informing you of this and you are left unsure if you message was delivered. Sometimes those "failed" messages do reach your intended reciepiant and you might have sent the same text twice thinking that the first one did not go through.... No prize for guessing how much u get charged. he he ...
On the whole, it is grossly unreliable. But if you like a good gamble, then go on ahead.
