From Pablo Software Solutions :Web Builder is a WYSIWYG (What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get) program used to create Web pages. WYSIWYG means that the finished page will display exactly the way it was designed. The program generates HTML tags while you point and click on desired functions; you can create a Web page without learning HTML.

Version: WYSIWYG Web Builder 5.03
"Just for non demanding novices"
Pros: Concerning support, the program is backed up by a fanatic core of supporters that provide the WWB main developer with links to pages with free code that is later incorporated into WWB as extensions.
Cons: With an application like WWB that is a "tools integrator" your Menu Bar, just to give you an example, has the design predetermined by the software developer and you cannot modify it.
