Publisher's description
From Pablo Software Solutions :Web Builder is a WYSIWYG (What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get) program used to create Web pages. WYSIWYG means that the finished page will display exactly the way it was designed. The program generates HTML (HyperText Markup Language) tags while you point and click on desired functions; you can create a Web page without learning HTML. Just drag and drop objects to the page position them 'anywhere' you want and when you're finished publish it to the Web.

Version: WYSIWYG Web Builder 1.8
"TINY, functional, WYSIWYG Web-page builder for beginners"
Pros: Pros are:
1. Microscopic size - the entire program folder only takes up 1.05 megs
2. VERY simple interface, and easy to learn (in my opinion)
3. Easily insert objects such as scripts (editable directly within the program), images, multimedia objects, etc.
4. Export clean, solid HTML, that appears in the browser pretty much exactly as you designed it to
5. Lots of layout and formatting tools, similar to word-processing programs taking up MUCH more space.
6. Layout spacing and generation uses HTML tables, which means your page will be able to be viewed with older browsers not having CSS capability. This is also a con, meaning you cannot have overlapping elements.
Cons: This program really has no major problems at all. It is a bit limited for someone who needs to develop full-featured web sites with the latest web technology, but since its not geared toward that type of user, I guess you really can't call that a flaw. The ONE thing that I don't like is that you cannot load an existing HTML file and edit it. However, most of the free and low-cost WYSIWYG editors available right now are like that, so nothing new....

Version: WYSIWYG Web Builder 1.8
"Couldn't get it to do anything after half an hour of trying. Crap."
Pros: I liked nothing about it.
Cons: Doesn't do anything. I tried to input previously-written html so I could debug something I'd written and it wouldn't display in the screen.
