Version: WM Recorder 11.3
"It downloads the video files for you"
Pros: The program knows if there is a streaming media on the website you are surfing on and it will auto download it for you. You can even preview the video to see how much it downloaded.. It also has a status in percentage of completion.
Cons: I didn't see option where you can capture a small clip of the movie.. Like a trailers mode where you only want to capture certain part of the video but not all of it.

Pros: A single click and it records. Best thing is you don't have to listen the whole stream. As soon as the window opens, it detects and records. You can close the stream if u wish to.
Cons: URL function doesn't work properly.
Records WMA stream automatically only.

"Cruddiest Product I've Ever Purchased"
Cons: The software suddenly stopped working properly. After numerous re-installs and weeks of emailing their pathetic tech support for help, I finally gave up.
I actually contacted tech support on two different occasions. Each attempt was like pulling teeth. In fact, after my second round of correspondence, they basically told me that there was nothing they could do. I should just uninstall the program and count my losses.
What a waste of money! Avoid Applian products altogether.
