From Mini-stream Software :WM Downloader is a Windows Media and MP3 Stream Ripper/Grabber (not direct sound recording program), which makes it easy to download Windows Video, Windows Audio, SHOUTcast and Icecast streams. And it divides the received stream into individual sections automatically.
It enables to record streaming video and audio streams in formats like .PLS, .M3U, .ASF, .ASX, .WMA, .WMV, .WPL, .WAX, .WVX, and .WMX by the following protocols: HTTP, Windows Media's RTSP, and MMS. It's user interface is easy to navigate.

Cons: It couldnt connect to the media--it just sat there hanging for a few minutes. Windows media player instantly picked it up (an ASX file)
Not user friendly--very simple.. but it just doesnt work.

Pros: I paid for this software. Every time I use it on XP, it crashes. When you load the url to save, it shuts down. I contacted the company and asked for my money back, but of course they said no and offered no help at all.
Cons: Don't get ripped off and pay for this software. The company offers no support at all.

Pros: Seems like it could be useful software, but I can't tell. It consistently crashes each time I load any address into it.
Cons: It crashes always.
