It was easy to navagate and easy to use. The support staff was very helpfull.

Pros
I just tried this spyware remover, it found a lot of cookies that contained harmful stuff, and it found 2 real working adware and removed it. I cannot say now my computer is 100% ad-free, but the internet looks to work better than before.
Cons
It looks OK since now.
