"Amazing difficult to access"
Version: W.bloggar 3.03
Pros
Like is not in the vocabulary in my review of this product. I have not idea on its Pros.
Cons
I don't have any Cons because I seem to have lost the key to accessing it.
Summary
I would very much like to rate this product but as I am totally unable to get it to allow me in I am not able to do so. The clarity on its instructions leaves something to be desired. I am led to believe that the program is solely for advanced users of the Internet. When one is confronted with a box which contains the following message : Unable to parse the xml response. Parser Reason: Text is not allowed in this contest according to TDT/schema. Marvelous! Now explain that to me! I have two blogs on wordpress and upon reading how great an addition it is to enhancing posts I attempted to download it. Apparently there is some secret path that I have not found which would enable me to do so. I believe I filled in all the blocks correctly but obviously not. Is there a computer course I could take which would show me how to access W.bloggar? - Disgrunteld.

"If there was a 6th star, I'd give it!"
Version: W.bloggar 3.03
Pros
I've tried many other blogging programs but nothing beats w.bloggar!
The main site has a v4 but v3.03 appears more stable so grab it while you can.
This tiny app's interface is fool proof n friendly. Editing tools are similar to a word processor n suffices.
There's even a preview panel for your posts or templates!
You can maintain multiple user accounts/posting accounts using just this single programme.
N last but not least, and the best of all, its free!
Cons
If only it could cook the rice...

"Doesn't support Cyrillics"
Version: W.bloggar 3.03
Pros
It looks quite promising but...
Cons
1) doesn't support Cyrillics and my blog is in Russian
2) no help file

"It's okay"
Version: W.bloggar 3.03
Pros
I really like being able to post from my desktop with this program. I can even call up previous posts to re-read them, add multiple blog accounts, use HTML, upload images...basically everything you can do online directly from your account, you can do on this desktop application. Nice.
Cons
At the time of download, the website listed where the help file is...has been suspended and has a note to the owner to call the billing department. I really don't think a text help file would bog the download that much or make the program much bigger. Would be a smart choice to add it to the next update (whenever that will be because it's last update was in 2003). So that means the email provided on the about tab is invalid also. I cannot figure out how to add a subject to my blogger entries, although there is an option for a subject entry on my livejournal account. Wierd. I also cannot use the preview feature as it says the path is incorrect. Other than these few things, I like it.

"Fast, easy to use, can post to more than one blog acct. in the same session"
Version: W.bloggar 3.03
Pros
Formating is easy, setup is easy, doesn't clutter your HD with junk. And lets you update 2 or more different blogger accounts, which Google Toolbar and Picasa do not
Cons
The post retriever doesn't tell you which posts are published and which posts are saved as draft.

"Excellent product!"
Version: W.bloggar 3.03
Pros
Very simple and easy to use, requires very low system requirements, free, and supports a lot of blog services too. It supports more than the blog services listed. There's a new version in the developer's site; though the site is down. They just gave a link to dowload v4 but the site is down since easter 2005. The product is excellent! If it was free, I'd pay for it! Get it now!
Cons
There is no help file. When I downloaded the latest version from the site, there was a link to the help file in the main app; but none would show up. The help file also isn't in the app's folder.

"Very good software but..."
Version: W.bloggar 3.03
Pros
Once you get used to it and get to understand it properly, its a very nice tool and does what it has to do. So far I've tried it with blogger and b2evolution.
You can save drafts easily, you can ftp files to blogs. There are many interesting things that can be done. I recommend the software.
Cons
To create a connection you have to know about your servers paths and a little more.
No spanish dictionary. No one seems to be working on that and software's author doesn't reply to inquiries.

"Nice"
Version: W.bloggar 3.03
Summary
It boasts that you can post to multiple blogs but it's a limited feature. Doesn't post emotions properly to LiveJournal. Those are the only nits that I have. Other than that, it's perfect!

"I wouldn't blog without w.bloggar!"
Version: W.bloggar 3.03
Summary
w.bloggar gives you great control over your blog. With word-processor like editing and slick HTML controls, I write every single post on my blogger site (absolutjomo.blogspot.com) with this nifty program. If you blog, definitely try this one out!
