This digital voice-changing utility is for audio/video chat rooms and PC-to-phone connections. It is designed for AOL Messenger (AIM), Yahoo Messenger (YIM), MSN, ICQ, PalTalk, Webcam/P2P chat clients, voice e-mail applications, Microsoft Game Voice, Dialpad, DeltaThree, MaxPhone, Net2Phone, Winamp, and RealPlayer as well as for DVD/CD/karaoke players. AV VCS now has the ability to rip and change not only the recording but also the playback and direct audio streams. You can morph MP3, RAM, RM, and WAV files, played by a sound player or Internet radio system on your PC. A recorder allows you to record a conversation, compose a voice message for an e-card, or convert music and songs from CDs.

Version 3.0.9 has a better skin, free effects, and nice-looking icon faces and is compatible with Skype beta.
