From DManSoft :Vocabtor will make it easy to capture and learn a vocabulary in most languages. It can also be used to study for tests. With this program, learning new words will be easier and more fun. Questions and answers can be swapped to learn new words both ways. Word lists can be printed out for studying without a computer. It also includes example databases with more than 500 words in each of the more than 8 languages. Version 1.0.3 is a bug fixing release.
