From Visualware :VisualRoute is an IP tracer, combining Traceroute, Ping, Whois, and other tools in one easy-to-use program. The physical city/country locations of IP addresses and Web servers are identified on a global map - key information for security purposes to trace hackers and suspects. VisualRoute also analyzes Internet connections to quickly locate where an outage or slowdown occurs. The network service provider is identified for each hop of a connection path, and worldwide domain and network Whois information enables quick problem or abuse reporting. An e-mail-tracing tool helps troubleshoot e-mail-delivery problems.
The 2005 release includes significant improvements to the IP location database, enabling live updates of IP-location information and more accurate IP-location reporting.

"Didnt even install , read cons!"
Pros: even though Ive used Neotrace in the past I felt like trying this out and apon reading the installation agreement .
