From MindGems :Visual Similarity Duplicate Image Finder's main goal is to help you find fast all similar and duplicate images in a folder and its sub folders. Visual Similarity Duplicate Image Finder uses advanced algorithms to find similar images in a way that a human does. Due to that fact it can find similar images even if they are in different image formats, different bit depth and image sizes. You can specify a percent of image similarity that will be used.
Several changes such as 'no cache' option, faster than 'new cache' on a not-scanned yet folder, preview speed was improved, and other improvements. Version 2.6.0.1 has added auto check advanced settings, added 'add folder' toolbar button, and added 'delete' popup menu on the results grid.

"Won't work if it won't register."
Pros: none/none/none
Cons: Paid for it, got user name and registration code but after several uninstalls and reinstalls it still says I have an invalid copy. Support offers no help other than to say the registration works perfectly.
