From Oneseek :Visual Form Mail makes it easy to create powerful and secure CGI scripts to process forms on your Web site. You can create scripts that validate the information entered by users, send custom email messages (such as a thank you or confirmation to the user or a copy of the data entered to the web master), save data to a text file on your server, and display a custom confirmation page to the user. Simply point and click to create your script and then upload it to your server in the same way you upload HTML pages.
The output from scripts can be completely customized to match the design of your Web site, giving a professional appearance. Data entered by the user can be merged into both email messages and the HTML confirmation page displayed to users. Visual Form Mail scripts include built-in security features that prevent spammers from hijacking your scripts. Version 1.5 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Version: Visual Form Mail 1.5
"Only for tech guru to use, not for me."
Cons: Lack of features and difficult to use. In this web 2.0 days, I think using those Software-as-a-Service solution is better. Check out the ones from freedback.com, aidmas.com, formrouter.com...etc. Who want to deal with those complicated CGI scripts anymore?

Cons: I was very disappointed to get to the final step of this form creation and find that it required $49.99 in order to generate the html page necessary to complete the form.

Version: Visual Form Mail 1.5
Cons: I had a form ready to go, but when I tried to open it, I immediately got a message that I had to upgrade to the paid version because I had more than 8 fields. No good to me.
