Use:

Drag a video or audio file to the main window.
Select the desired format.
Tweak any necessary settings

Version: VideoVangelist 2.1.6

"Perfect!!!"

Pros: Fast, and exactly what I need for my Apple TV
Also includes the new files automatically in iTunes library..
And its for free!

Cons: I havent seen any cons yet. I have a doubt about the quality of conversion but that is adjustable and I think the original file I converted was also of bad quality so I cant judge on that
