Installed with no problem. Desktop icon was ok.
Cons
Editing functionality disabled. ( Supposedly demo-only, but couldn't even get it to demo ! ) Format conversion feature doesn't work, either.
Summary
Obviously they want people to spend $40 for the pay-version. Rather unlikely when the free-version doesn't work !
