From KC Softwares :VideoInspector helps you finding out why some video files don't play correctly on your system (no sound, no video). It identifies the codec (coder-decoder like DivX) required to play a specific file. VideoInspector can also list all the codecs installed on your system, burn your video files on a CD/DVD (requires VSO's CopyToDVD), export its result in a text or HTML file, and process multiple files at the same time (batch processing). VideoInspector is available in more than 12 languages and gives access to an interactive online help.

"It's a nice little addition to your video programs."
Pros: Does what it says , Looks through to video and tells you what format its in , what codecs (audio and video) you have it the file. Good for if you like to know it all ...LOL (Hey , What do you want for FREE)
Cons: No Cons because it does nothing to the files.
