The overall gui and interface could do a little cleanup.

I can't get it to do anything, or maybe I just don't understand the operational properties, or just maybe it doesn't work with Windows 7.
Summary
Of all the times I tried to capture a video, it didn't seem to do anything. I uninstalled and reinstalled and installed the newer version. Nothing works.
