From Viscom Software :VideoCap is a video/audio capture ActiveX control that supports real-time video, Webcam, digital TV and analog TV tuner preview, and video, audio, TV tuner capturing using a different video/audio compressor. It will automatically recognize most WDM-compliant video sources installed on a PC. It features video capturing using a video/audio compressor installed on a PC; camera control from selected video sources; video format selection (width, height, color space); a user-defined display area; enable/disable aspect ratio; support for Visual C++, Visual Basic, Visual Foxpro, and Delphi; and royalty-free distribution of the OCX file.
