Video Converter converts AVI, MPEG, MOV, and RM video formats to VCD, DVD, and SVCD. It supports the following TV systems: NTSC, PAL, NTSC-Film. Video Converter can convert a selected part of a file as well as multiple files. It features high audio and video quality. The program supports large files and split AAC import. Drag and drop function is also available.

Version 2.1.129 updates RM decoder and supports stream selection.
