Vextractor is a conversion tool that lets you transform raster images into vector formats by building centerlines and outlines. This tool could be used for vectorizing of charts, maps, schemes and other similar images. The main features of Vextractor include detection of center and contour lines, pixel smoothing, noise filtration, coordinate referencing, and support for most image formats and TWAIN-compatible scanners.

Note: This trial version will not save vectorized images larger than 500x500 pixels.
