Vehicle Fleet Manager is an intuitive program that lets users keep track of vehicle maintenance, drivers, and more. This easy-to-use program is a great choice for users who need to keep records for multiple vehicles.

The program's interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, with the program's major functions arranged across the top using graphical buttons. For each vehicle, users can enter descriptive information and images, fuel logs, maintenance records, odometer readings, repairs, tire purchases, and service schedules. All of this information is arranged neatly within tabs for each vehicle, making everything easy to access, and we liked that the program offers users two ways of entering information; users can either go into a particular vehicle to enter an oil change, for example, or go into the oil change screen to enter records for multiple vehicles. A separate database allows users to maintain driver information, including license number, contact information, and details of any accidents. The program can also run reports--including expense reports--and export data to Excel. The program's online Help file is well done, with detailed information about the program's features and plenty of screenshots. Overall, we found the program both easy to use and effective, and we recommend it to businesses of all sizes with vehicle fleets to keep track of.
