The results are good (when it works). The concept is also good.
Cons
My company thought the idea of OCR running as a service was a great idea. Initial tests showed a higher rate of accuracy than other products. <p> <p>However, everything about the experience after purchase has been awful. They seem to have spent five minutes on user interface. You run through hoops you shouldn't have to. The registration process was confusing and frustrating. Worse, on files of even moderate size the program uses 100% of system resources and then freezes and quits completely with no error or warning. I can't seem to get through to technical support, so I may be out $90. Don't make my mistake!!
