    Version: Vbuzzer Messenger 2.1

    "Prefer Skype"

    by big_ted on July 3, 2007

Pros: Sorry it's nothing personal or anything specific but until their is a real reason to move I will be sticking with Skype, I have had good support, responses and a variety of decent freeware add-ons made available to users ... Vbuzzer has quite a bit of catching up to do.

Skype will need complacency - their exists a growing disquiet related loss of audio and 'dropped' calls ... one they would be wise to address them.

I for one will NOT be removing Vbuzzer ... yet

Cons: Confussion related to the different charges and rules related to Vbuzzer ... I was very kean UNTIL went to their OWN on-line forum ... what an eye opener ... does anyone monitor the postings - one veteran poster responding to an observation about mystery charges, and a serious lack of on-line and email support by promptly branded the poster as 'STUOID' and a 'LIAR' (thinking about it - it MUST be unmoderated). I for one will not be giving them a red cent until they get a provide a better service (grip on support and and moderate the message boards to start ...
