(From Digital Mobile Map ):VGPS was designed to use city street map on your ordinary cell phone without the need of having GPS receiver or Internet connection. However, if you have internal GPS receiver or external bluetooth GPS receiver, VGPS can work with your GPS receiver as well. VGPS does not require Internet connection so you no need to worry about connection charge.
Version 2 features 3 important updates: 1. AutoRouting (find shortest route between 2 points and auto guide you along the route); 2. In car navigation (rotate map so the heading direction is always up); and 3. Voice guidance (the application speaks to you when you need to turn left or turn right).
