VCW VicMan's Photo Editor is designed to be a powerful graphics editor (see screen shot). Features include selection by color and arbitrary regions, replacement of color, deletion of objects, a unique mechanism of primitivization (visual tolerance), acceleration of operations with the images when using large graphic palettes, various paintbrushes and pencils, and more. Several special effects are included. It is also possible for users to create their own effects. Additionally, you can edit in any scale, and see a simultaneous view of the entire picture. This version features many new improvements.
