From StressSoft Company :Software for converting MS Visual Basic 6.0 project (including source code) to resource, source files and project MS VC++ (MFC), VC++ .NET, C#, J#, VBNET, Borland C++ Builder, Borland Delphi. VBto Converter creates or updates any project. For example, for MS VC++ all forms and source code of VB projects may be converted into MFC-based dialogs. Each such dialog will be provided with its .cpp and .h files. This version of VBto Converter does convert from input .frm, .frx, .vbp, .cls, .bas files.
Version 2.40 includes improvements for any types of registered controls conversion in VBNET, C#, VC++(.NET), VC++(MFC).

Version: VBto Converter 2.40
"Filled event log and couldn't find project small enough"
Pros: Looked like it would work well - if i could actually see it working....
Cons: 1) Trial version doesn't allow enough lines of code
2) Filled my system event logSummary: This piece of software looks like it could have been really cool. I just wanted to see how well it converted VB6 to C#. I got frustrated trying to get it to work and jjust gave up.
