"Awesome for those wanting to manage their health"
Pros: You can enter your own limits of intake (e.g. fat, carbohydrates) and it will alarm if you exceed these. It also has many foods stored in it and their nutritional values.
Cons: Sometimes a little hard to navigate around
Summary: Easy to use when you have eaten a food, just choose the food and it will store it, totalling up your daily nutritional intake of calories, vitamins etc. Also easy to use when you have exercised, just choose which you have done. An excellent tool for... read more >>
