Version: Uzoom LiveHelp 2.1
"I really like this free trial."
Pros: The program has two great parts to it. The first is that I can interact with my customers, where I can send them chats and they can send them to me. The second is the advanced tracking, so I know where my customers came from.
Cons: Well I love the free trial, would be nice if it was longer than 30 days:) But I still plan on purchasing it.
Summary: Knowing the website my customers were last on, what search engine they used, if it was paid or organic, what keywords they typed in etc. Knowing where my customers are coming from, being able to initiate and receive chats is proving to really pay of... read more >>
