From IT Direct :From the developer: "User Account Manager creates and deletes user accounts for NT/2000 and Exchange accounts (5.5 and 2000) in seconds. It will also create users home and profile directories with NTFS permissions and create shares, Reset passwords, unlock accounts, change group membership, delete user profiles, run custom scripts, move users home and profile directories between servers, supports windows Terminal Server, and more.
It includes an import function, which allows bulk users to be imported via CSV files."
