From IT Direct :User Account Manager manages user accounts for Windows NT/2000/2003 and Microsoft Exchange. It creates user home and profile directories with NTFS permissions, resets passwords, unlocks accounts, changes group memberships, deletes user profiles, and runs custom scripts, and more. User Account Manager supports windows Terminal Server, and includes an import function which allows bulk users to be imported via CSV files. Also can delete/move multiple accounts.
Version 3.38 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Version: User Account Manager 3.38
"Tighter controls over User Profiles"
Pros: Better functionalities and control of user profiles over different servers. I suspect Microsoft has developed a domain controller for the duplication of user profiles over peer 2 peer networks, which is definitely a killer function, but otherwise this is another solution, for controls over different servers.
Cons: If this functionality can be ported to handle diverse networks....
