From Zamov Software :Universal IM History Decoder decodes message history files of most popular instant messengers. It supports MSN, Yahoo, ICQ (99a, 99b, 2000a, 2000b, 2001a, 2001b, 2002a, 2003a, 2003b), and Miranda messengers. Using this program, you can decode and view not only yours, but also other's conversations, while offline, without password. For ICQ and Miranda it also recovers stored passwords. All decoded messages could be saved to TXT or RTF file. For MSN and Yahoo! IM allows to enable message history logging.
Version 1.3 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.
