This utility is slightly more helpful than Windows' built-in uninstaller, but it's still not an essential download. On the plus side, Uninstall Plus displays a more convenient view of all programs installed on your machine and provides clear icons for removing them and managing which applications launch on bootup. It is nice that the program marks invalid and broken programs in red so you can quickly zap them from your machine. The start-up manager does its job but isn't that impressive, as it doesn't explain whether an entry is harmful or necessary to system health. The bare-bones built-in Registry cleaner is a nice touch, and now it lets you back up entries before removing them. If you really hate removing programs with Windows, this application might appeal to you, although more robust alternatives are readily available.

To uninstall programs, just double-click the program you want to uninstall. To locate the program you want uninstalled, use the incorporated search system. In case of an error, Uninstall Plus will automatically correct any malfunctions.

Version 4.1 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.
