Summary: When I buy a product, I expect that I can download a driver for free from the company. I am not going to pay $30 for it. You can keep your scanner. No thanks, UMAX.

"good luckin downloading it at all"
Summary: Umax's site flat out sucks. I called them since I could not download it off their site. The woman siad "try downloading it at night or in evening." I needed the scanner software for WORK! I tole her this and she offered to send me the software on CD... read more >>

Summary: Wish I had something new to say about the Umax software. Not only did the old NT (v4.1) drivers totally screw my machine (windows just kept rebooting) but I'm unable to connect to download the update. Don't buy Umax scanners.
