Pros
Makes my life easier. Manage open apps on each monitor with a taskbar for each monitor, switch app windows between monitors with a keystroke, etc. It works with Win 7!
Cons
None. This thing is perfect.
Summary
If you have more than 1 monitor, you need this app. Pair this with GridMove or the built-in Windows 7 window snapping features, and you'll be in multi-monitor hog heaven.

It is very fast and simple to use.

Sometimes the Auto Pop-Up won't Pop-up but it's very rare.
Summary
I used to minimize and then move the window over to the next screen and then maximize again. Now you just press one button and the screen jumps to the exact position it was on the previous screen to the new one.

I am using 2.7.1 and love it, I just downloaded it about an hour ago and it is great, I can easily move windows and apps from one monitor to another with a click of a buton or make them span both,

it can use a different screen saver for either monitor and I can easily use an extremly wide screen wallpaper on the two monitors as if they are 1. I know Windows can do this but when Windows is set up to do it, it also makes everything stretched best of all it can do this to multiple monitors, not just two (like I have)

Just started using program. However, right from the start this program solved a problem in seconds that I had been trying to solve for days! Trying to put different wallpapers on dual monitors. Problem solved.

Some applications, such as MindManager don't display the UltraMon buttons and don't respond to the hot key.
