Publisher's description
From Aone Software :Ultra Video Splitter is a tool to help you split, cut, or trim a large AVI (DivX, XviD, MPEG-4), MPEG-1, MPEG-2, DVD (VOB), RealMedia (RM, RMVB), VCD (DAT), or ASF/WMV file into smaller clips. Using the included video player, you can split a movie file into smaller clips in AVI (DivX, XviD, MPEG-4, MPEG-1, MPEG-2, VCD, SVCD, DVD, and WMV/ASF formats.
Ultra Video Splitter provides different splitting modes to make splitting easy. You can extract multiple segments of any size by using the visual editing mode, or split the selection into multiple pieces of equal size automatically. You even can use it to convert a single file. You can change the frame rate or size, as you like. Version 3.2.8 is a bug fixing release.

Version: Ultra Video Splitter 3.2.8
Pros: Great for those with time to waste
Cons: This is the Allok splitter with a 'slightly' different. I swear all the splitters I've found are the exact same one with a different interface. and not a single one of them is an actual splitter - they just re-encode into multiple files.
