From Corel :Ulead GIF Animator 3 is a tool for creating compact animations for the Web. Version 3.0 offers better palette and optimization features, as well as support for third-party plug-ins for image editing directly in GIF Animator. Automated moving sprites can be created by using an existing image layer to automatically create an animated image, and new video effects make for instant zooming and stretching effects. GIF Animator also offers the ablity to save animations as AVI, QuickTime, or standalone animations. This trial version expires 15 days from the date of installation; the registration fee is $39.95.
