Publisher's description
From Cyclone Components :USB Vault is an encryption utility that provides AES-128 bit encryption for your files, wherever they may go. The software loads on a USB drive (flash drive, hard drive, or iPod) and stays with the USB drive. It does not require the install or uninstall of any files on any computer. Simply drag your files or folders to the USB Vault desktop icon. They will instantly be encrypted and transferred to the USB drive. Just double click on the encrypted file, enter the password and it's decrypted. Several files and folders can be simultaneously encrypted or decrypted back to the hard drive or any other connected drive. Encrypted files are hidden from other's view, however you can choose to unhide them. F1-key Help menu.
Version 1.02 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Version: USB Vault 1.02
"Will not recognize my flash drive, unusable for me"
Pros: Sounds like it would have been a perfect solution for me. I wish I could get it to work.
Cons: During initiation it provides a drop down list of available drives to select from. The list would never include my Flash Drive although the computer sure knows it is there and available. Attempts to troubleshoot always ended with same problem. 15 minutes wasted... moving on
