Though most average users would be just as well served by the free version of this utility, TweakNow RegCleaner Professional offers a few extra features that will help keep your PC clean as a whistle. The interface is very straightforward. The settings are configured for immediate use, although you can customize scans by excluding some Registry branches and references to removable drives. In case something doesn't work after you remove keys, you can restore the keys quickly. The program gives you an additional safety cushion by categorizing keys based on how safe they are to delete. You can really dig down in your PC's guts with a deep Registry scan, and then neaten things up by defragmenting the Registry. The new version lets beginners optimize system and network performance with one click; however, we'd like to know precisely which settings it tweaks. If your Registry is truly a mess, TweakNow RegCleaner Professional might be a better choice than the free version.Publisher's description
From Tweak Now :The registry is a heart and soul of any Windows system. It contains information that controls how your Windows appears and how it behaves. Most applications today use registry to store configuration and other important data. When you install an application, a new registry entry will be created. This entry will automatically be deleted when you uninstall the application. Unfortunately, it is not always work that way. Sometimes, you will find that some applications fail to remove their own registry entries. This entry will become obsolete. After a long period, after installing and uninstalling a lot number of applications, your Windows registry will contain a large number of obsolete entries. This will significantly increase the registry size and thus will slowdown your computer, because Windows will need more time to load, search, and read data from registry. To keep your computer in top performance, it is recommended to periodically clean your Windows registry.

Pros: TweakNow helped me to get rid of the nasty ATI 4379, witch crashed my System on an on. Bravo!

"Up to now the best and for free !!"
Pros: Nice presentation, vry clear in what will be done. USER friendly. No teasing with 'FREE' & then only scanning a/o cleaning entries.
Cons: Up to now nothing negative, will take some time experimenting,
Summary: As in my pros/cons, up-to-now the product looks good. It is fast, gives more options than just a reg.clnr., is user friendly, nice and clear presented. Some kind of help menu could be of some use for those who want to be certain of an action.

"Terrible product! Does NOT clean bad registry keys!"
Pros: There are none -- this is product is 100% scam-ware.
Cons: Worthless -- both shareware version and purchased version. Product does not work as claimed and charge PayPal accounts for more than the listed price.
