From Xellsoft :Turbo-Mailer provides a versatile all-in-one solution for preparing and sending out bulk e-mail like newsletters or personalized circulars without trouble. Special highlight is a scriptable e-mail list manager, which facilitates arbitrary processing of e-mail lists: Joining, splitting, sorting and subtracting lists, removing duplicate e-mails, formatting personalization columns. E-mail lists can be edited directly, managed and imported from textual list files, from Excel tables or MS Outlook address books. Turbo-Mailer also scans email addresses from arbitrary formatted files or even from subscription notification mails through Outlook MAPI.
