Turbo Browser 98 is a powerful, multifaceted file-management utility. With it, you can view, convert, print, compress, encrypt, copy, move, paste, delete, and batch-process files. What's more, with the program's integrated viewer, you can preview HTML documents, spreadsheets, images, multimedia files, ZIP files, email messages, and more. Turbo Browser 98 also comes with powerful filters that will let you view files in several ways, including native, ASCII, and binary formats. You can also use the program to preview files in the cache and Recycle Bin, and preview ZIP files and email without unzipping. Version 6.1 offers a range of new features, including the ability to edit HTML and other text documents; a built-in document conversion tool that can convert MS Word DOC, RTF, and ASCII files to RTF or ASCII text; the ability to select and insert files (text or zipped) as email attachments; and more. Turbo Browser 98 is also year 2000 compliant. In addition, Windows Explorer file management, the integration of Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 with Windows Explorer, and Windows 98 are all now fully supported. Turbo Browser 98 also includes support for DirectX 5.1, MPEG, MP3, and ActiveX for Adobe Acrobat PDF formats.
