The webpage has a nice color scheme. It reminds me of Norton AV's.
Cons
Per their contacts page, the US office is in Washington DC, but it withholds the address (compare to other website contact pages). The fax and phone numbers are in different states. The sales line is run by some other third party system. Antivirus software is ineffective enough that they offer to (for an extra charge each time) log into your computer to fix the problem.

This software came to me as a bonus to Svchost Fix Wizard. After my initial problem was solved I decided to try this bonus and it found several viruses... and I have McAfee installed... so i will keep this program for extra protection.

I called Norton (my virus protector) and they wanted to charge me 100$ to fix the problem!!! They said because it was a "seriously high risk & dangerous spyware", and that it would eventually make it to where I could not access the internet at all, then they tried to tell me I would have to get a whole new computer!!! SCAMMERS!

Unless you feel like throwing $40 away, do not purchase this product. It is a scam and will not work as advertised. It killed my laptop and they still wont refund my money, even though they say they offer a 60 money back guarantee.
