From Valerian Luft :This is a text converter that converts to and from Russian transliterated, as well as KOI8, CP 1251, and other Russian encodings. It comes with a multilingual interface, with the language of its interface changeable on-the-fly from the Settings menu. It supports both English and German. This version has updates to the graphic interface and flat buttons as well as two new code pages: ISO-8859-5 and DOS IBM-866.

Summary: Quite good and easy-to-use transliterator, very useful for people who speak Russian. My only complain is that you cannot see the translit table while you are typing so you have to keep guessing.

"An Excellent program for Transliteration to Cyrillic"
Summary: It took me about 5 minutes to figure it out (Help file didn't come with the install), but it's fairly easy to use. Transliteration tables are programable.
