Trailfire is a hosted service that enables anyone to comment on any Web page. Place a "trail mark" on a page with your comments or notes. A trail mark can contain text, images, videos, and audio files. When you give several marks the same "trail name" you are creating your own navigation path on the Web, which we call a "trail."
Trails can be used for hundreds of reasons, ranging from serious research to serious fun. You can use Trailfire to share your knowledge of the Web, as a vehicle of self-expression, or just for fun. Anyone with a compatible browser can follow a trail. You will need this extension to create trails.

"Extremely useful and totally fantastic!"
Pros: What a great idea! To be able to place an electronic sticky note on any web page I want, and the ability to create a sequence of them is just super. I have been using it to help me not only remember what web sites I looked at and what I liked about them, but as I am looking for a new car it has helped me be more efficient and better organized which I desperately needed.

Pros: Easy access to my bookmarks from any computer, and the trails are handy to build a slideshow of websites. Great for planning trips, shopping or keeping track of funny stuff.
