For the most part, this application handles the cleaning of your computer and Internet tracks well, but it doesn't have a shredder. Track Eraser-Cache, Cookie, Registry's clear-cut design resembles Windows Explorer for easy operation. Like most privacy applications, it completely removes the cache, cookies, URLs, Recent Documents list, and the Recycle Bin contents cluttering your system. Online tracks cleaning is set up for Internet Explorer users, although its extensive third-party application list includes Opera, Mozilla, and Netscape. Cleaning is done in a single-click or you can easily schedule it to automatically run at a specified time or in timed intervals. With all it has to offer, we're disappointed it doesn't include a dedicated file-shredding tool to completely erase tracks, although it does use government standard methods for overwriting system-protected files that can't be deleted. While some may find Track Eraser-Cache, Cookie, Registry useful for trace removal, most security conscious users will want irrecoverable file deletion included in the package.Publisher's Description
