Tote Notes is an innovative app that records, transcribes to text, and emails your personal call notes at the end of important calls, using only two taps and your voice.
Tote Notes Pro adds several important features, including the ability to record up to 2 minutes per individual Tote Note. The Pro version also allows for a second destination email address, so you can "cc" an assistant or secondary email address devoted exclusively to Tote Notes email.
Tote Notes is designed for people who make frequent calls on their mobile devices and are frequently on the road or unable to make call notes as they speak, such as sales people, executives, and consultants. Transcription for Tote Notes is powered by Google Voice.
How to Use
At the end of a phone call, a user is asked, "Would you like to record a Tote Note?" Tap YES to record, make a few verbal notes to yourself about the call, and then tap SEND. A Tote Note is sent directly to your email inbox, which contains an MP3 audio attachment of your voice notes and your notes transcribed to text within the email body. The email subject contains the name and phone number of the person with whom the user spoke. Users can sort, filter, and store Tote Notes emails within any email inbox, including MS Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo Mail, and more. Unfortunately, Tote Notes does not currently support Facebook Messenger at this time.
